 How to live healthy life???

If you want to spend a healthy life then read this post completely... There are generally three types of health;

1. Physically

2. Mentally 

3. Spiritually 

We will discuss all these types briefly. 

1. Physical Health. 

Our physical health depends on alot of factors.....Some of them are given below

A. Food

B. Excersice

C. Life style

D. Medical history


A. Food 

             For living a healthy life we should firstly concentrate on our food. As food behaves as fuel in our body. For a healthy body you should follow given points.

1. Refined Ghee

Cut down artificially synthesized ghee/oil from your life. These ghee/oils contains high amount of cholestrol which can cause blood clotting and other issues in our body. So instead of using refined ghee/oil you can use " DESI GHEE" or "OLIVE OIL". Homemade ghee/oil is prepared according to natural ways which is more beneficial then refined ghee. 



2. Junk Food



Cut down junk food from your life. Use green vegetables, lentils, rice, whole wheat in your diet. Use fruits on regular basis. As an old saying

           " AN APPLE A DAY, KEEPS

              DOCTOR AWAY"

So always use fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits. 

3. Soft drinks



Cut down soft drinks from your diet. One sip of soft drink contains 10 spoons of sugar in it, so you can guess how much amount of sugar you take in your body while having soft drinks... You can use fresh fruit juices, or smoothies instead. 

4. Chicken

Cut down artificially synthesized chicken from your diet and use healthy meat of beaf,mutton or Desi chicken as well.



5. Water

Drink alot of water. It removes all toxins from your body. So drinking water is very usefull if you want to loose weight. If your weight is between 70-80 kg then you should consume atleast 2-2.5 litres of water everyday...



B. Excercise

Excercise is as necessary aa drinking water. If u want to sustain health for a long time you should excercise daily. It is not necessary to join a gym, you can only walk in your garden for one hour, you can go in a park, you can do stretching in your home. In short you have to do work out for atleast one hour. 



C. Life style

You should adopt a healthy life style.Must sleep atleast 8 hours a day, drink plenty of water, keep your living area neat and clean, clean mess around you, look at your hygiene, keep your body clean. 

D. Medical history

You should go for a complete medical checkup every year. Have some blood tests to check your insulin and sugar levels, and also do some examinations for viruses like Hepatitis, blood clotting examinations etc. 



2. Mental Health

Mental health is very necessary as physical health. Peaceful mind is the key to happy, successful and healthy life. 

A. Meditation

                        It is basically a method in which we can combine all scattered thoughts at a point and give them direction in a single unit. Meditation helps to demolish all negative thoughts in our body. You cam check alot of videos on YouTube to learn meditation. The simplest method is to sit down, and close your eyes. You can put ear plugs to avoid intruption. Then listen to inner voices, like your hear beat, breathing voice etc. This is the simplest meditation. 



B. Deep breathing

                                Deep breathing relaxes your mind if you perform it on daily basis. Sit down on a floor. Take the breath in and count 1 2 3 4, and the breath out and count 1 2 3 4. Doing this exercise regularly has a lot of effects on your mind. You will feel your mind is very calm and relax. 

C. Journalling

                        Sometime we pass from a bad situation or event, and that event stuck in our mind and we use to start overthinking on it. Like if someone insults you, you will start thinking on it that why he/she did to me......so the solution is to write that situation on a paper and then flush it out of your life. Whenever you stuck in a awkward situation, do this and feel the diffrence...



3. Spiritual Health

spiritual health is related to a life which has some purpose, it include our faiths, beliefs and relegious dimensions etc. No matter you belong to which relegion, if you follow all sayings of your relegion then you can live a healthy spiritual life. You should offer your prayers regularly, do yoga, do meditation and think positive to have a good spiritual health.
